Cancellations & Refunds
At Fwd Care, Inc., we are dedicated to supporting your health and wellness. Our products are carefully tailored to meet each individual's needs; therefore, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Refunds are offered only in specific circumstances as outlined below.
Non-Eligibility
If you are not eligible for treatment under the membership program you registered for, as determined by your Fwd Care provider in your initial telehealth visit, our billing team will issue a full refund as part of your off-boarding process.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, such as shipping errors, damage upon delivery, or billing errors please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To help us resolve your concerns quickly, please provide the following:
Order Number
Tracking Number
Photos of Any Damage (if applicable)
Photo with the lot number
Pharmacies record the packing and sealing of each package using overhead recording devices, which are used solely for the purpose of verifying package contents in the event of a dispute. Fwd Care reserves the right to review dispensing footage to ensure accuracy before issuing a refund. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on evidence of a dispensing error or damage to determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you believe there is a delay with your refund, please check with your credit card provider or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received the refund after 10 business days, please contact us for further support.
